Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

pursuant to the provision of Article 7 and subsequent provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter "Regulation"

  1. Consent
    1. By my signature or declaration or a clearly active affirmative act (freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of will), hereinafter "Signature", on this Consent to the processing of personal data, hereinafter "Consent", I hereby declare, pursuant to the provisions of Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, that as the data subject I voluntarily and freely grant       consent regarding the processing, management, storage and use of my personal data to the trading company Solidintern s.r.o., Solidintern s.r.o., with the seat at Konventná 7969/6, 811 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, ID number: 54 306 167, registered in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 158332/B. hereinafter "Solidintern s.r.o.", as the operator of an information system in which personal data of natural persons are processed using automated and non-automated means of processing. I grant this consent within the scope of my: identification data, academic degree, first name, surname, date of birth, nationality, city and district in which I live, photograph, contact details (email, phone number), authorisation via social networks (Facebook, Linkedin), indication of education – school, field of study, year and other data on the scope of education and knowledge, completed internships, work experience and other data listed in the CV and other documents sent in connection with the search for an Internship, Trainee program or Job offer and for the purpose to search for an Internship, Trainee program or Job offer, which I provided to the above-mentioned company via the website www.solidintern.com within the Internet computer network for a period of 3 years from the granting of this consent.
    2. By signing this consent, I also declare that I take into consideration and agree that Solidintern s.r.o. is, pursuant to the provision of Article 44 of the Regulation and the subsequent ones, entitled to transfer my personal data within the above-mentioned scope to countries which, according to the decision of the European Commission, ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of personal data processing. In case of another transfer, Solidintern s.r.o. is obliged to inform the data subject about the identification of a third country or international organization, about the existence or non-existence of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, or provide the reference to appropriate or suitable guarantees and means.
    3. By signing this Consent, I further declare that I take into consideration and agree that Solidintern s.r.o. is entitled to make available and provide my personal data within the above-mentioned scope to another legal entity or natural person with whom they have a contractual relationship for the purpose of searching for a suitable candidate for the Internship, Trainee program or job offer. These persons shall further process the provided personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of processing personal data.
    4. The purpose of processing personal data in the above-mentioned scope is to create an opportunity to obtain an Internship, Trainee program or Job offer for the data subject.
    5. The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent to their processing pursuant to the provisions of Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
    6. I also declare that all the personal data I have provided in this Consent are true and they have been provided voluntarily and freely.
  2. Data subject (i.e. the person who granted this consent) in terms of the Regulation is informed that
    1. he is entitled and not obliged to provide his personal data to Solidintern s.r.o. as the controller of his personal data,
    2. the provision of personal data is not a condition for concluding a contract, although the personal data provided pursuant to this consent may be the basis for decisions with legal effects on the data subject,
    3. the controller's identification and contact details are Slidintern s.r.o., with registered seat at Konventná 7969/6, 811 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, ID number: 54 306 167, registered in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 158332/B,
    4. Solidintern s.r.o. may transmit the personal data of the data subject,
    5. the retention period of personal data is limited to the expiration of 3 years from the granting of the last consent,
    6. the data subject has the right to request from Solidintern, s.r.o. as a controller, to provide access to personal data concerning his person and information on whether Slidintern s.r.o. processes personal data relating to him and information on the purpose, category and period of personal data processing and more,
    7. he is entitled to withdraw this consent at any time,
    8. he is entitled to obtain from Solidintern s.r.o. without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed,
    9. he is entitled to obtain from Solidintern s.r.o the erasure of personal data concerning him without undue delay, especially in the case, but not exclusively, in the case that the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if he withdraws this consent,
    10. he is entitled to obtain from Solidintern s.r.o. restriction of processing his personal data, in particular, but not exclusively, in the case that the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period enabling to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
    11. he is entitled to obtain from Solidintern s.r.o. information on the rectification of inaccurate personal data, erasure of personal data or restriction of processing his personal data, if this does not prove to be impossible or would not represent a disproportionate effort,
    12. he is entitled to receive the personal data concerning him, which he has provided to Solidintern s.r.o., in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transmit those data to another controller, if technically feasible,
    13. he is entitled to object to the processing of his personal data by Solidintern s.r.o. due to the lack of legitimate interest in the processing of personal data, or the absence of a legal claim. Until they have been proven, Solidintern s.r.o. may not process personal data,
    14. the personal data processed on the grounds of this consent are also subject to automated processing,
    15. he is entitled not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or similarly significantly affecting him. In that case, it is necessary to review this decision by a human agent,
    16. he is entitled to lodge a complaint to initiate proceedings in order that the national authority in the field of personal data protection can determine whether there was any infringement of the rights of natural persons when their personal data were processed or if there was any violation to the Regulation or the national regulation in the area of personal data protection. The proposal template may be published on the website of the National authority in the field of personal data protection,
    17. if he is legally incapacitated, his rights may be exercised by a legal representative,
    18. if the data subject is not alive, his rights, which he had under the Act on personal data protection, may be exercised by a related person,
    19. the consent of the data subject may not be forced or conditioned by Solidintern s.r.o. by a threat of rejecting the contractual relationship, service, goods or obligation stipulated by law,
    20. it applies for all requests of the data subject, if they were submitted in electronic form, that Solidintern s.r.o. shall provide information in electronic form, if the data subject has not requested the provision of information in another way. In the case of a different form of request from the data subject, the form of the answer shall be chosen by Solidintern s.r.o. but always in a way that the answer is delivered,
    21. it applies for all requests of the data subject that these are sent to the address of Solidintern s.r.o. and they are handled free of charge, unless otherwise stated here. Solidintern s.r.o. may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs or refuse to act on the request if the character of the complaint is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive character.
  3. Data subject (i.e. the person who granted this consent) is entitled to require from Solidintern s.r.o. based on a written request the following:
    1. information on the processing of personal data in the information system in a generally comprehensible form and to the following extent: identification data of the intermediary; instruction on the voluntariness or obligation to provide the required personal data; third parties, if it is assumed or it is obvious that personal data shall be disclosed to them; the form of disclosure, if personal data shall be disclosed; range of recipients, if it is assumed or obvious that personal data shall be disclosed to them; third countries, if it is assumed or obvious that the transfer of personal data to these countries shall take place.
    2. accurate information on the source from which they obtained his personal data for processing, in a generally comprehensible form.
